The breakfast was fresh made with extra toast, no complaints whatsoever. The room was pet-friendly in general, with a patio. The setting was STUNNING, short walk to a blissfully quiet valley, Northcote Manor and the beautiful grounds.

I had a relaxing stay in February and I'm glad I chose Northcote Manor. The personnel were amicable and smart as expected. The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by lovely gardens and right by England. I enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the restaurant in the evenings. I would recommend this place.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall experience. The location is also a standout feature, nestled in the north Devon hills with plenty of places to stroll around and explore. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, with nice views of the entrance and front lawn. Plus, the breakfast was above average, with fresh and individually cooked dishes that were a great way to start the day.
All was wonderful at this hotel.
